Easter 2011

So Easter has come and gone.

Ours was good.  We headed down to Houston to see my parents.  Did the usual Easter things...

Which means we basically ate till we burst....

Easter menu:
Ham
Smoked Chicken
Potato Salad
Broccoli Casserole
Rolls
Corn on the cob
Smoked Brisket
Baked Beans

and of course Sweet Tea :)

But Easter wouldn't be complete without sending an overdressed toddler out in to the yard to look for plastic eggs in the dirt...

This is the first time she really got into THE HUNT.  In fact we hid our eggs...she found them in minutes and then proceeded to walk around ask where the rest of them were.... *Easter parenting fail....*

Anyways.  I hope everyone had a great Easter and that you all stuffed your face as much as I did. (Because then I wont feel so guilty for spending 4 days doing nothing but eating and blogging)
